Another thing, the chocolate cake with ice cream-when I came the first couple of times, it was absolutely delicious but over the years it’s taken a wrong turn and it’s not even good anymore. If YOU want to go and add it to your boil that’s up to you. Now that’s a waste and I advise no one to buy it unless they (Cajun Boil) change that. I can not make this up, 5 pieces, literally 1-2-3-4-5 pieces of sausage and they are not 5 thick pieces of sausage, 5 little thin slices of the meat that you barely could see under that sauce. However, one thing I will say that is ridiculous and I absolutely HATE-which is a waste of your money is the amount of “sausages” they give out as an add on. The ultimate sauce is amazing, words can not describe the flavors in my mouth. I’ve been going here for three years straight for seafood, the flavors never changed and it is amazing. 1 star because the hostess was super friendly! It's of note that this place seems to be owned and operated by Asians, and the cuisine they're cooking just may be outside of they're expertise. It was unexplainable and not posted anywhere.I would not go back here again. They also included a random service fee on every check. I see all the garlic bits but there was no garlic flavor. ![]() Pricing is hugely imbalanced: $3/add on (corn, sausage (5 die cut slices), broccoli, potatoes, egg, etc) $35/1lb of crabs. Boil "sauce" became cold and congealed as we sat there trying to eat. The boil flavors are not balanced, it does not taste right. Sauce is only on the outside, and it's super messy. The crab clusters we're not properly tempered, meat was cold. The boil "sauce" is thick, like flour is added. The seafood rice alone was $18! That's insane. Fried rice was delicious! Broccoli was perfectly steamed and fresh!Cons - everything is added separately at an additional price. ![]() This place is radically expensive.Pros - outstanding customer service, seafood rice is tasty, they offer green veggies for your boil.
